Savonia Amk / Wellness Center

Wellness Center is Savonia University of Applied Sciences' internal learning environment that produces services that promote well-being and health as student work for people of all ages in the North Savo region. Are you interested in your body composition or need help with musculoskeletal injuries or pain? Do you want to find out your endurance fitness status and maximum heart rate? Do you need help with nutrition, sleep, mental well-being or recovery? Individual services are provided at the Wellness Center on Microkatu. The Wellness Center's operating season is from the beginning of September to the end of May. Appointments for the services can be booked through our online booking system or by calling 044 785 6418 on weekdays between 9 am and 2 pm or by contacting wellnesscenter@savonia.fi by email. If you are interested in occupational well-being services for your company or association, you can check out the available services at wellnesscenter.savonia.fi. You can pay for your booked service in advance via the Study Store link below https://studystore.savonia.fi/tuote-osasto/wellness-center-savonian-palvelut/ or by bank card on site. We are unable to accept cash payments.
