Olen pohjakoulutukseltani psykologi (PsM). Terapiasuuntaukseni on kognitiivinen käyttäytymisterapia ja esim. dialektinen käyttäytymisterapia (DKT) kuuluu osaamisalueeseeni. Miltei 20 vuoden työurani olen tehnyt julkisella puolella psykiatrisessa erikoissairaanhoidossa. Minulla on laaja-alainen kokemus mielenterveyden häiriöistä ja niiden hoidosta. Etenkin tunnesäätelyongelmien, ahdistuksen ja masennuksen hoito on minulle tuttua.
