I graduated as a speech therapist from the University of Oulu in 2019. After graduation, I have worked in the private sector with clients holding municipal service vouchers and with demanding medical rehabilitation provided by Kela. My work experience especially includes addressing language challenges in preschool-aged children, methods supporting speech and language development (such as pictures), and unclear speech. I have further trained in areas including picture communication, speech motor skills, and emotional skills. As a speech therapist, I am warm-hearted, encouraging, and reliable. It is important for me to establish a functional therapeutic relationship with the client and their close environment to enable optimal learning. As a therapist, I choose individually suitable training methods for my clients. I maintain my expertise through continuing education. Clients of all ages are welcome to my practice.
